Hey, I’m Gen Fraser. I am C.C.C. (Canadian Certified Counsellor) and an RCT-C (Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate). Being a Candidate means that I regularly work with a supervisor who helps support me in my work as I continue to learn, grow, and practice.
I have an integrated person-centred approach that puts you, the client, first. I work with a trauma-informed lense to make sure that the space that is created for you remains safe and protected. Examples of other strategies I draw from include CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Solution-Focused Therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness and other modalities.
